"Of the four trips to New Orleans over the past 9 years, we would stay at this hotel again. Excellant staff and amenities.Would suggest using Streetcar located at Riverwalk for quick access to French Quarter."

"The hotel was clean and neat, and staff were very pleasant. As happens too often, the alarm clock was left on so I was awakened early. The information in the room about the hotel's services was not very informative (or else there weren't many services). There was a business center, but it was an empty room. The price seemed high for a hotel without anything special about it. The complimentary breakfast was good."
