"The hotel was overbooked and we were sent to another Hilton Hotel. It was nice and the room was free. I was dissapointed but everything worked out okay."

"Customer service was not very good. I had to wait more than ten minutes to my key card fixed. Coffee, creamer etc in the room was not replenished every day. I had to call and ask for it. Again the wait time was more than ten minutes."
