The Baronne Plaza Hotel offers upscale accommodations in a 1931 Art Deco building in New Orleans, one block from Canal Street and the French Quarter. The hotel is on the opposite side of Canal Street from the French Quarter, making this location convenient to lively nightlife and entertainment venues, but not in the thick of the action (and noise). If you'd like to work out during your visit, take advantage of the hotel fitness room. Although there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are dining destinations nearby.
