"Had only valet parking at $20.00 a day. Had car rental agency in lobby of hotel. Had I known this I would have rented my car there instead of at the airport. Not sure what parking was available if you rented one of those cars?"

"Noise transmission through the walls, the glass vision panels, and the door was unbearable. We heard everything from the hall - people talking at normal levels, yelling, doors slamming - it was unreasonable. You need to provide insulated glass in some combination with more or better wall sound insulation. My husband was awakened several times during our trip from noises outside the room. And we feel sorry for whoever stayed next to us, as I was extremely sick the whole time - coughing, blowing my nose, etc. I am sure they were sick of our noise, although none of it was rude or inappropriate. The light level in the room, with all lamps on, was unreasonably low. The cleaning service did not work within the save-energy-by-not-washing-towels-everyday-request. First day: we left all linen on rods, not to be washed or replaced, as per request. Cleaning service left them, but added new clean ones and left the request card on the bed (as if we missed it, although we acted on it?). Second day: original towels left on rods were taken and not replaced - but new ones from first day remained. I don't remember the next two days, but consistency and adherence to the request BY THE cleaning staff would have been appreciated. The front desk staff was always approachable and friendly."

"reserved a specific room type. tried to check in twice to be told that type of room was not yet available. third time I went to check in was told that the room type I reserved a month ago would not be available at all. for three people had to get a king bed and a rollaway bed. the rollaway bed would barely fit in the room. complained and got a bigger room. same story had to climb over the rollaway to get around the room. finally after more complaining got an additional single room at a very good price."
